Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with commercial clients during evening hours (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Develop customized solutions for B2B clients in logistics, manufacturing, and retail sectors
- Exceed monthly sales targets using data-driven strategies and CRM tools
- Conduct on-site demonstrations and product presentations in Fort Worth metroplex
- Maintain 100% client satisfaction through proactive relationship management
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless client handoffs
- Submit weekly performance reports using Salesforce analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability for full-time night shift (Monday-Friday, 5 PM - 1 AM)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in industrial/technical sales highly valued
- Ability to work independently in field environments
