Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, email campaigns, and strategic networking
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales messaging
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive account management
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize conversion strategies
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Self-motivated with proven ability to thrive in remote/hybrid environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or professional services industries highly valued
