Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across San Diego County
- Present complex solutions to C-level executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed quarterly targets
- Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and forecasting
- Participate in quarterly incentive trips and performance recognition events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level outside sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding $500K in annual sales
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a 100% remote field environment
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
