Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline analytics
- Conduct product demonstrations and objection handling
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience in B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
