Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue by actively engaging with customers and recommending products based on their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and performing regular stock counts.
- Cash handling and accurate register operations during high-traffic weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred for team events).
