Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify leads and book meetings with prospective customers.
- Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Closing Sales: Negotiate terms and close deals directly over the phone or via video conferencing.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Reporting: Provide weekly activity reports and sales forecasts to the sales management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and target audiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service (B2B experience preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Reliability: Ability to work part-time hours consistently with high attendance and punctuality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
