Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business relationships across Southeast Michigan
- Execute consultative sales cycles for enterprise SaaS solutions
- Develop and maintain strategic client partnerships in assigned territory
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through strategic planning
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation initiatives
- Participate in weekly sales training and market analysis sessions
- Represent company at industry networking events and conferences
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B environment
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Four-year degree or equivalent sales certifications
