Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate new leads for the weekend shift.
- Manage and nurture inbound leads through email and phone communication.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Accurately update CRM records and track daily activity metrics.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure customer retention.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Research market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively during the Weekend Shift (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and drive to succeed.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
