Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans to acquire new B2B clients across the Southeast region
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultative solution selling sessions
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ lead conversion rate
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Document client interactions and sales data in real-time within CRM system
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven inside sales experience with B2B technology or SaaS products
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and forecasting
- Valid driver's license and willingness for 10% regional travel
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with daily pay platforms (DailyPay, Payactiv) a plus
