Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through CRM platforms and cold outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via phone and video conferencing
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance review sessions
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximize account value
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
