In this role, you will drive revenue growth by managing a designated territory covering Fort Worth and Georgia. You will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers and closing deals on your own terms.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads within the Fort Worth and Georgia territory.
- Conduct face-to-face and video sales presentations to demonstrate product value.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with commercial clients.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure high retention rates.
- Track all sales activities and pipeline data in the CRM system.
- Attend weekly sales strategy meetings and product training sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Outside Sales or Business Development.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (travel required).
- Ability to work Night Shift hours (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
