As part of our night shift team, you will play a crucial role in our revenue growth strategy, connecting with potential clients and converting leads into loyal customers.
What You Will Do:
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outbound prospecting and managing inbound inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through high-volume outbound calling and cold email campaigns.
- Manage inbound sales inquiries with a professional, consultative, and high-energy approach.
- Present product demos and service overtures to prospective clients to identify their needs.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, update records, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding monthly KPI targets.
- Handle objections and close deals to drive monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a call center environment is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM experience is required.
- Aptitude for learning new software and products quickly.
