Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions and close sales opportunities in a consultative manner
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs using Salesforce CRM
- Document all interactions in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve goals
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
