Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present and demonstrate our premium solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify customer pain points and tailor solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales agreements to meet monthly quotas.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outbound strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telecommunications.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
