Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions and negotiate pricing/terms to close sales
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align strategies
- Document all interactions in CRM system and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
