Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a drive for commissions.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
