Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls and strategic prospecting
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets using Salesforce.com
- Develop deep product expertise to consult with enterprise clients
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and activity reports
- Participate in weekend team huddles and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or account management experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong closing skills with demonstrated quota achievement
- Exceptional communication and active listening abilities
- Self-motivated with weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-5PM)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or tech products
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
