Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned client portfolios
- Conduct 50+ outbound calls and 20+ virtual meetings weekly
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage pipelines and forecast sales
- Collaborate with product specialists to customize client solutions
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Experience selling SaaS or enterprise technology solutions
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
