Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Client Engagement: Conduct engaging product presentations and demos to prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales in a timely manner to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service (entry-level candidates with high drive considered).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a high-pressure environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
