Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Qualify leads, build rapport, and effectively present our products/services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of leads using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
- Adhere to company scripts and guidelines while maintaining a personalized, consultative approach.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (hiring aggressive juniors with strong work ethic).
- Proven ability to work independently and meet aggressive daily and weekly quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required by the schedule.
