Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and qualify prospects through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Execute high-impact sales pitches to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system and track sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, B2B sales, or call center environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (evenings/overnights).
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for financial growth.
