Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Present products and services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
