The Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. We provide extensive training and mentorship to ensure your success. This is a field-based role where you will connect directly with decision-makers to present our cutting-edge products.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients within the assigned territory in California.
- Conduct cold calls, set appointments, and conduct face-to-face meetings to demonstrate products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective local sales strategies.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or retail management is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter attitude with a proven track record of meeting goals.
- Willingness to travel within the local area for client meetings.
