Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and develop a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records in the CRM system to forecast revenue and manage quotas.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail management is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performance team.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
