Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to drive repeat business.
- Organize the sales floor to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or sales is preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems.
