Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Identify customer needs and present our products/services as the best solution.
- Close sales and process orders accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the company database.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- High level of reliability and the ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic computer skills and a stable internet connection.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
