Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture a consistent pipeline of leads through consultative selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client data, and forecast sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service (Entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to succeed and a competitive nature.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for team events (optional).
