Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present product solutions to 15-20 qualified prospects daily via virtual demos
- Exceed monthly sales quotas using Salesforce.com and sales automation tools
- Collaborate with marketing on lead nurturing campaigns and CRM data hygiene
- Partner with Account Executives to convert qualified leads to closed deals
- Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize conversion strategies
- Participate in weekly team training and pipeline review sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in SaaS or tech industry
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer needs and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in CRM data management and sales forecasting methodologies
