Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls to qualified B2B leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
- Identify client needs and present tailored solutions to drive revenue.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce/HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on persuasion and negotiation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
