Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels
- Build rapport with prospects using consultative sales techniques
- Explain product features and benefits to drive conversions
- Meet/exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams for seamless customer experience
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities

- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
