Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads.
- Qualify prospects based on company criteria and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Manage a dynamic pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients to drive retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Customer Success.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting.
