Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a high volume of inbound and outbound sales leads via phone and email.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to qualify potential clients.
- Close sales deals by addressing customer objections and negotiating terms.
- Enter accurate customer and sales data into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is highly desirable.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
