Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads within the designated sales territory.
- Conduct high-value product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Execute effective sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to account onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven B2B outside sales experience.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and a competitive spirit.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
