Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic prospecting and solution-based selling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Utilize Salesforce and proprietary tools to track performance and optimize sales processes

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales or telesales experience
- Proven track record with uncapped commission structures
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools

- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (8 PM - 5 AM CST)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
