Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals within the assigned territory.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client records, and forecast sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaign messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results and earn commissions.
- Must be available for part-time hours, typically 20-30 hours per week.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
