Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Present product solutions and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to accurately track sales activities and pipeline progress
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven inside sales experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Expertise in consultative selling techniques and value-based propositions
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas (provide examples)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills
