Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and market research.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and consultative sales calls with prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track progress, forecast revenue, and manage pipelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure consistent quota achievement.
- Provide regular feedback to leadership on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B inside sales or SaaS sales.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot) is required.
- Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
