Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the Greater Detroit area.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with local business owners to present tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage pipelines, and forecast sales accurately.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and a competitive spirit.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to company sales methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
