What You Will Do:
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with inbound leads and outbound prospects to secure sales and meet monthly targets.
- Customer Success: Deliver outstanding service to clients during night shifts, resolving inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- CRM Administration: Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales data in our Salesforce system.
- Order Management: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Market Analysis: Identify trends and opportunities within the sales pipeline to optimize performance.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with morning shift teams to ensure a seamless handover of client accounts and leads.

Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center operations.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
