Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our premium software solutions to decision-makers, identifying key pain points and offering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and close.
- Accurately record all activities and sales data in our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with a persuasive and professional phone demeanor.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a hunger for financial growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
