Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track interactions and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to address client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for achievement and commission.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
