Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and digital prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to drive sales growth.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue per transaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics daily.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, B2B sales, or a related field (candidates with high drive and no experience will also be considered).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and a drive to exceed targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Phoenix, Arizona.
