Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new B2B clients across Southern California territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets
- Conduct in-person client presentations and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Collaborate with marketing team to identify lead generation opportunities
- Track sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand network
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in B2B environment
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets (100%+ achievement)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to travel 70% of time throughout Los Angeles County
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
