Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT framework and CRM data analytics
- Present product solutions to 30+ qualified prospects weekly
- Close 5-7 deals monthly while maintaining 85% activity compliance
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation strategies
- Update CRM records daily and provide weekly performance reports
- Participate in quarterly sales contests with $5K+ prize pools
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside/outside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills and objection-handling techniques
- Ability to thrive in metrics-driven environment
- Excellent written/verbal communication in English/Spanish
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Associate degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
