Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage with customers, identify sales opportunities, and close deals to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by understanding client needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Weekend Operations: Manage store operations, inventory management, and checkout processes efficiently during high-volume weekend shifts.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with floor staff and management to maintain a welcoming and organized sales floor environment.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred; commission-based sales experience is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some weekday evenings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
