Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify potential B2B clients through multi-channel outreach
- Present solutions and negotiate contracts to exceed monthly sales quotas
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Analyze sales data and adjust tactics to maximize performance
- Attend weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales metrics
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote/hybrid environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
