As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with clients and closing deals that drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate new sales leads and warm prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and assess the needs of clients to propose appropriate solutions.
- Close sales and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Enter and update customer information and sales data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates from scratch.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
