Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize product displays, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Learn and confidently demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers with their specific needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a focus on resolving issues professionally.
