Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed quarterly sales targets
- Conduct discovery meetings with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies
- Present customized solution demonstrations and ROI analyses
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify new market opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast reporting
- Mentor junior sales representatives on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas
- Expertise in SaaS sales cycles and value-based selling
- Strong technical aptitude to understand complex software solutions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 40% of time
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSE, CPSM) preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot
