Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Qualify leads to determine buying intent and schedule high-value meetings with decision-makers.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure agreements that align with company goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral.
- Accurately update and maintain CRM records to track pipeline activity and forecast revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B inside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
